All goods sold on ViewQwest E-store are subjected to the terms and conditions listed below.

General Terms & Conditions
- All goods are subjected to availability and quoted conditions.
- All Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
- All goods received by customer are strictly non-returnable, neither exchangeable nor refundable unless incorrect goods delivered/deployed by us.
- We reserve our rights to reject any goods return, exchange, refund or any unfair conditions demanded by customer.
- Installation is not available for items, unless otherwise specified. $50 installation fee is chargeable should installation be available for that particular item.
- Terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms
- Payment will only be available via Credit/Debit card from VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Local Delivery Terms
- Orders will be placed with respective suppliers upon successful order confirmation. Delivery of shipment from supplier to ViewQwest varies as per supplier and is subjected to stock availability.
- Customers who have opted for self-collection will be notified when the item is available for collection.
- Estimated delivery time will be advised accordingly. We will not be responsible whatsoever for delays in execution of any orders or delays in the goods delivery as handled by dispatch service.  
- Our company will not be liable in any damages or losses during the period of delivery or once goods sent/shipped/dispatched out of our doors.

Warranty Claims
- Customers are to liaise with the respective supplier for warranty of the goods, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Claims
- Goods sold are strictly non-refundable unless goods have not been ordered from supplier and/or delivered.

Specification and Availability of goods
- Every effort is made to ensure correct and accurate descriptions are quoted to our customer. However, ViewQwest will not be held responsible nor liable to losses whatsoever for the errors and causes due to the specification description.
- All goods are subjected to availability. In any case of stock unavailability or changes by supplier, customers will be advised accordingly. ViewQwest will not be held responsible or liable to losses or whatsoever for the errors and causes due to stock unavailability and changes by supplier.
