Refund policy
ViewQwest E-Store accepts returns on a case-by-case basis, if you have received an item different to what you ordered without prior communication. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and refunds for items that have already been opened, as 'change of mind'.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with all components or accessories and any freebies or additional items included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll receive the item at our main office at 20 Bendemeer Rd, #01-09, Singapore 339914. You may choose to arrange for a courier service, or contact us for additional options.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products marked as 'End of Life' (EoL) may not be liable for returns. Do contact us for more information.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that you may have had a change of mind, or may no longer require a purchase from our e-store. We are happy to assist you with cancellation of your order, however we are only able to process an order cancellation if it has been received within the same working day from the time of order (ie: If your order was placed at 10:30am on Tuesday 6th Feb, 2023, you have till 11:50pm on the same day- Tuesday 6th Feb 2023 to write in to us regarding your order cancellation). This is to ensure minimal disruption to our delivery team, as we process all orders every working day morning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
