  • How to the prices of products listed on the e-store get affected by the 9% GST revision?

With the updated 9% GST revision for 2024, the listed product prices on ViewQwest E-Store will be subject to, and inclusive of 9% GST, starting 1st Jan 2024.

To allow us to refresh and display accurate prices in the new year, the e-store will accept orders placed only after the 2nd of Jan 2024. We appreciate your understanding while we perform our listing update.

In the event that you have purchased a product that has not been updated, we may reach out to you to inform you of the price change. 

We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience caused during this period.

 

  • What is the ViewQwest e-store?

This e-store serves as a one-stop shopping platform for all your home networking and tech accessory needs. We deliver the goods right to your doorstep, so that you can enjoy a hassle free shopping experience with us!

  • Why are there differences between prices I see online versus prices on the e-Store?

Prices of products listed on the e-Store are subject to change without prior notice. While we do our best to stay consistent across our various platforms, we are currently running a pricing refresh to align with the new 9% GST government guidelines. We seek your patience and understanding while we run this refresh.

We still strive to give you the most accurate prices and best deals available online for your home WiFi and tech accessory needs.

  • I just signed up for the newsletter. How do I use my 'Welcome discount'?

Hey there! Thanks for subscribing to our newsletter where we share the latest promotions, updates, and product launches! As a thank-you for signing up, you will receive a SGD $10 voucher to your email address. This voucher is applicable for purchases totaling SGD $100. If you have signed up and not yet received your voucher code, do reach out to us via this form.

  • How long does it take for my items to be delivered?

Processing of orders occurs during weekdays 9am-12pm (not including PH). Shipping of various products may differ from brand to brand, as we liaise with our vendors. For most WiFi products, tracking details and shipment may take 2-4 working days. For other orders, this can take a bit longer. Additionally, external factors like peak periods or transport availability with our delivery partners.

  • Can I cancel my order?

We understand that you may have had a change of mind, or may no longer require a purchase from our e-store. We are happy to assist you with cancellation of your order, however we are only able to process an order cancellation if it has been received within the same working day from the time of order (ie: If your order was placed at 10:30am on Tuesday 6th Feb, 2023, you have till 11:50pm on the same day- Tuesday 6th Feb 2023 to write in to us regarding your order cancellation). This is to ensure minimal disruption to our delivery team, as we process all orders every working day morning.

  • How do I request a refund on my order?

If you would like to cancel your order and get a refund, please email us at the soonest, so we can inform our logistics and vendors to cancel the order.

If your order has already been processed for dispatch, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests, and your order will be processed and dispatched to you as normal.

ViewQwest Pte Ltd reserves the sole right to refuse refund requests and return requests on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of change-of-mind, original packaging and shrink wrap must be intact, and all original packaging and items contained within the packaging. Once it purchase has been returned to our Bendemeer Showroom, our team will inspect to ensure the package has not been opened. If approved, you will receive your refund within the next few working days to your original mode of payment, or via PayNow (or an equivalent) in the case of Grab Pay payments.

GrabPay only allows refunds within 24h of the payment being made for your order. Hence, for refunds/cancellations outside of this 24h window, once your claim has been approved, your refund may be sent to you via bank transfer or PayNow.

Customers will bear the cost of transport or self-drop-off at our Bendemeer showroom.

  • What are my shipping options?

  • Can I self-collect my order, if I don't want to wait for delivery?

Yes, self-collection is available for only select products listed on our e-store.

You will receive an email notification to let you know that your order is ready for collection from our Bendemeer Showroom.

Kindly note that orders not collected within 14 days of this reminder may be cancelled, the amount paid refunded to you, and the item restocked.

  • I am a ViewQwest subscriber but I do not see any special discounts for subscribers.

Please be reminded to log in into the e-Store in order to see the special discounted prices for our customers.

During certain promotions, we will have a special discount code at the bottom of the screen. Simply key in the code at checkout to enjoy your discount!

  • I do not have an account!

All ViewQwest subscribers will have their accounts created and an account invite will be sent to activate their account. If you did not receive your e-mail invitation, kindly drop us an e-mail at store@viewqwest.com for further assistance.

  • What are the warranties for the products?

Warranty details can be found in each product's page, and may vary from product to product. While we do our best to offer assistance, products in 'Clearance Sale' categories are not subject to technician support or consultation.

  • I forgot my password

  • Can I change my login credentials?

  • What happens if the items purchased are faulty?

  • What are the installation charges?

Provision of installation services is currently only available for active ViewQwest Broadband Subscribers, and for selected products. If you are looking for installation services from our team, do drop us an enquiry to check your intended hardware purchase is eligible for free installation service through our contact page.

The ViewQwest E-store team and sales team may choose to offer or reject installation requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • What is the currency used?

All prices listed on this e-Store are in SGD.

  • What is the warranty coverage on my purchase?
All products sold on the store are sold brand-new, and come with their respective warranty periods as stated by the individual brand and their associated distributors in Singapore. Click here to read more about warranty details for specific brands.
