Asus:

For Asus Routers and Mesh WiFi Systems, the standard warranty period is 36 months (3 years) from date of purchase.

If the product is found to be spoilt / faulty within the warranty period – an exchange will be done at our service centre: 25 Kallang Ave, #03-03, Singapore 339416.

Prior to the exchange a few points to take note

  1. Serial number must be of local (Singapore) stocks to be valid for warranty.
  2. Items must not be tampered with (unauthorized servicing/modifications).
  3. Proof of Purchase is (online/physical receipt)
